Flocon Course

  • I've passed my Ourson.
  • I'm learning to control my speed and turning across the fall line in a snow plough.
  • I'll be skiing quicker, keeping my balance with skis parallel either going straight down or across the slope. I'll ski on two skis or going from one to the other on the flat or very gentle slopes.
  • I'll be able to slow down, stop and starting to sideslip.

Definition of the test Flocon

  • Series of 7 to 8 snowplough turns with the skis brought back to the parallel position in between, over a suitable marked out course.
  • Elementary direct line across the slope following a roughly straight trajectory.
  • Test of balance when skiing while facing down the slope (with little jumps, from one foot to the other or over little bumps, etc.) on a gentle slope.

Rates over the period from 23/12/2012 to 04/01/2013

  • Lessons rates include the price of the medal given at the end of the week.If you don't want it, you can be refunded at the ESF office maximum 24 hours after the end of the lesson. Lesson card will be required for any refund. An end of course medal will be given to anyone who miss the test.

  • Get 5% disount if you book online (5 days before classes begin), except for the phrases "all inclusive".

IMPORTANT:

  • * On Sunday lessons start at 10 o'clock. The meeting point is at the foot of the telecabine (cable car lift) in front of the ESF ski school. 
  • Be careful! On periods ''low season''. The group lessons are provided only in the morning.
  • Children can be looked after for the day with the package Lessons + nursery (with or without lunch) or for ½ day. Attention, places are limited, which is why we suggest you book a place for your children in advance.
  • Supervised lunch. If required your child can be looked after by an instructor after the lessons.
  • Every Friday the tests are passed during the lessons. 
  • Champagny lift passes are obligatory. They must be obtained from the ESF or the Lift pass office.
  • Please read carefully the general information.
  • "Carré Neige" is the perfect insurance for and after the ski lessons.
