Champagny en Vanoise accueillera l'élite du 2 au 4 février 2012 l'une des étapes de la coupe du monde d'escalade sur glace (la 2ème du nom en France).

Out of the ordinary but perfectly integrated  into the magical setting of the upper valley of Champagny, this 22 metres high ice tower has become the new alpine activity, fun and not to be missed in the ski resort of Champagny La Plagne.

Accessible to all, whatever your ability, come and try out the alpine activity of ice climbing.

Tarifs : 35€ for 2 hours including instruction + equipment

Details 

• Bookings are taken in the Champagny Tourist Office
• The meeting point is at the site at Champagny le Haut in the village of Bois
• Instruction including a full security briefing is provided by mountain guides
• Equipement to bring : gloves (thin but warm if possible) - warm ski-type clothing - hat
• Special equipment provided (boots - crampons - harness - ice axe - helmet)
